You receive a 1 year warranty on our imaet software and hardware in which all updates are included. Software upgrade plans are also available for ongoing support after the 1st year. The warranty only applies to our products, not laptops from other brands. The laptop that is provided will be under a separate warranty which will be provided by the manufacturer.

All products have a 30 day return period in which you will only be charged a 30% restocking fee and shipping cost for the hardware.

Usually it takes 5-7 business days for the imaet PRO to be received from the time of ordering. You will receive the shipping number for easy tracking. Shipping costs a flat rate of $150. All orders come with insurance. We only ship within the US and Canada.

Yes the imaet is completely safe for women and children. There are no age restrictions.

No you do not need any professional license to use the imaet.

The harness system is not to be used with clients who have epilepsy, pacemakers, or heart monitors due to safety concerns. In these scenarios, we recommend using the imaet program for only quantum field scanning instead.
